Aurenne is a sourcing company. We don't manufacture anything, and we're not going to pretend otherwise — it's the first thing most stores in this category hide, so we'd rather it be the first thing you read.
What that actually means
We find at-home beauty tools that already work, buy them from the factories that make them, and sell them with instructions worth reading. The kits arrive in the manufacturer's own packaging. Some of them carry the factory's brand name on the box rather than ours. That is normal for how this industry works, and we'd rather tell you now than have you open the parcel and wonder.
What you're paying us for is not a box with our logo on it. It's the part that comes before and after the box.
What we add
Every product we list gets the same treatment: we work out who it genuinely works for, who it doesn't, and what the protocol actually is — the patch tests, the timings, the waiting periods, the aftercare that decides whether you get the result or a problem.
That's why our lash lift page tells you to wait six to eight weeks between perms instead of encouraging you to buy more. It's why the brow tint page opens with the FDA's position on brow and lash dyes rather than burying it. It's why the microneedling page refuses to claim collagen, scars or wrinkles, because those claims belong to a device that has been through a regulatory process and ours hasn't.
Anyone can source these products. The guidance is the thing we actually make.
How we choose what to stock
We stay small on purpose. Four products, each one we can answer a real question about. Most stores in this category list a dozen devices from the same few factories, described in the same superlatives, by someone who has never opened one.
Shipping — it varies by product
The Lash Lift & Perm Kit ships from a US warehouse: free USPS, typically 2–7 days after a 1–3 day handling window. It's the fastest thing we sell.
The Brow Tint Kit, the Microneedling Kit and the IPL Handset ship direct from our supplier's facility in Zhejiang, China. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and typically take a further 5–11 days in transit, so most arrive within 6–14 days. That routing is why the prices are what they are — the cost and the wait are the same fact. You'll get a tracking number, though the final local leg isn't always scannable.
What we won't do
We won't publish review quotes until we have real ones from real orders — which means, right now, we have none, and every product page says so.
We won't cross out an inflated price we never charged to make today's price look like a discount. Where we compare against a salon or clinic cost, that's a real market rate for a different service, and it's labelled as such.
We won't tell you a product works for everyone. IPL relies on contrast between dark hair and lighter skin and genuinely underperforms on very dark skin tones and on blonde, red, grey or white hair. A lash lift can't help lashes that are very short or sparse. We'd rather lose the sale than the trust.
And we won't sell a lash tint at all. The reasoning is on the brow tint page.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once a seal is broken, personal-care and skin-contact products can't be resold, so opened items are final sale. Anything that arrives faulty or damaged is replaced regardless. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Safety and claims
Our products are cosmetic. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Where a product carries a specific risk — patch testing, contraindications, depth limits — it is stated in full on that product's page rather than in the small print here.
