The honest version
What we're not going to tell you
This is the claim attached to almost every gua sha and roller sold online. Lymph is moved by muscle contraction and breathing, not by a stone rolled over the outside of your face. Rolling feels good and it moves a small amount of surface fluid around temporarily. That is not detoxification, and nothing you roll on your cheek reaches your lymph nodes in a meaningful way.
Those words describe a structural change to skin. A cold stone produces a temporary vasoconstriction that reads as tighter for a couple of hours, then reverses. If someone is selling you a roller on a before-and-after, ask how long after.
Takes down morning puffiness, particularly around the eyes. Feels good on a hot face or after a bad night. Gives you five minutes of something deliberate at the start of the day. We think that's worth $26.99 and we don't think it needs to be worth more.

Questions
Is it real jade?
Our supplier describes it as natural jade stone. We haven't independently tested it and we're not going to tell you we have. What matters for the effect is that stone holds cold well, which it does. If provenance matters to you more than function, buy from a jeweller, not a beauty store.
Fridge or freezer?
Fridge. Twenty minutes is plenty. A frozen stone held on one spot can cause an ice burn, and it's a real injury, not a theoretical one.
How long does the de-puffing last?
A few hours, typically. It's a temporary narrowing of blood vessels, and it reverses as your face warms back up. Anyone telling you it's cumulative is guessing.
Can I use it after microneedling?
No. Not for at least 48 hours, and only once the skin is completely calm. Freshly needled skin doesn't need a cold stone dragged across it.
Does rolling help my serum absorb?
No, and we're careful about that one. Rolling something over your face after applying a product spreads it. It doesn't drive it in.
