Shipping policy

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 6 to 14 days in total. Lash lift kits ship from a United States warehouse and typically arrive faster, within 2 to 7 days for US addresses. Other items ship direct from our manufacturer, which usually adds 5 to 11 days after processing.

These are typical timings, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays and peak periods can extend them. The final local leg of a tracking number is not always scannable, so tracking may appear to stall shortly before delivery.

Duties and taxes

Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Orders shipped within the United States and Canada are not normally subject to additional import duties on delivery.

Wrong address or a parcel that has not arrived

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or more, email support@aurennebeauty.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
