Is it permanent?

It delivers long-term hair reduction. Most people keep up a monthly top-up to maintain results — we’d rather set the expectation properly than oversell it.

Does it hurt?

Most people describe a warm snap, similar to a light elastic band. Start on the lowest setting and only work up if your skin stays comfortable.

Where can I use it?

Legs, underarms, arms, bikini line, and face below the cheekbones. Never near the eyes.

How fast does it ship?

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and ship direct from our supplier. Delivery typically takes a further 5–11 days, so most orders arrive within 6–14 days. You’ll get a tracking number, though the final local leg isn’t always scannable. Everything ships in discreet packaging.

What colours does it come in?

Black, pink and white. Same device in all three — the colour is purely cosmetic.

What’s your return policy?

Unopened units can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once the box is opened the device is final sale, because it’s a personal-care product we can’t resell. Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced regardless.
